Tiger Woods is helping launch Bluejack Ranch, a $2.5 billion, 914-acre gated golf community near Fort Worth, Texas. The project will have 500 homes, an 18-hole course, a dude ranch and resort-style amenities, with residential prices starting at $1 million.
