A former judge, Giribala Singh, and her son, Samarth Singh, have been remanded to five-day CBI custody in connection with the alleged dowry death of Twisha Sharma. The Madhya Pradesh High Court revoked Giribala Singh’s anticipatory bail, citing her alleged non-cooperation and the need for a deeper probe into harassment allegations and post-mortem findings. The CBI will question both accused.
