Two held for fake UPI payment fraud in Jharsuguda

Jharsuguda police busted a cash-exchange scam in which two fraudsters allegedly flashed fake UPI payment-success screenshots to dupe unsuspecting shopkeepers into handing over cash, without making any actual digital payment to them.
