Norwegian shipbuilder Vard has delivered a hybrid construction and cable laying vessel (CLV) to Japan’s Toyo Construction, marking its first vessel delivery to the Japanese offshore wind market.The vessel was handed over at Vard Langsten in Norway on June 26.
