Veteran actor Waheeda Rehman is set for a rare comeback, joining Sudhir Mishra’s Gandhi film as Putlibai. Manoj Bajpayee plays Gandhi, with Saurabh Shukla in a key role. Mishra called Rehman’s casting an honour. The film explores a lesser-known 21-day chapter of Gandhi’s life, produced by Anubhav Sinha under Benaras Mediaworks.
