Daniil Medvedev was defeated by Tallon Griekspoor in the Dubai Championships quarterfinals, after failing to convert four match points. Medvedev received a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct and expressed frustration to the umpire. Griekspoor will face Stefanos Tsitsipas in the semifinal.
