Marvin Bracy-Williams, a former Olympic sprinter with a 9.85-second personal best, was arrested for DUI on August 3 in Orlando after police found him passed out at the wheel of a car stuck in a ditch. The arrest follows a 12-year USADA suspension issued in June for his third anti-doping rule violation, tied to three Whereabouts Failures within 12 months. Bracy-Williams had already announced plans to retire before the arrest occurred.
