Nayanthara and Kavin’s film ‘Hi’ earned 1.23 crore net on its opening day. The movie registered 33 percent overall occupancy across 786 shows nationwide. The Tamil version contributed 1.14 crore net to the domestic earnings. Its worldwide gross collection currently stands at 1.38 crore. The film follows a man struggling with romantic rejection and a woman avoiding an arranged marriage.
